A little about ME!
My name is Mark Terry, better known amongst my 4 and under year old clients as Mr. Mark. I’ve been a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church since the sixties. I am a retired Civil Engineers formerly employed by the Department of Defense for 35 years. I have always had a love for cooking and baking. However, I never thought I would be cooking for folks under 3 feet tall.
I am an avid VA Tech football fan where from where I graduated. Class of ‘81. I have traveled to various interesting places over the years to include Japan, Iran and Italy as well as many points of interest within the United States. I collect shot glasses from every new place I go. I have well over 100 of these tiny treasures.
My hobbies include youth ministry, volleyball, cooking, baking, music, theater, fine arts, wine tasting and fine dining experiences.
I love anything peanut butter. And, I’m a meataterian! My favorite restaurant is Tuscanos Brazilian Grill.
Something else interesting
I also know American Sign Language which I found to be a very interesting language. One of the most rewarding experiences I have had is interpreting for the Deaf in an educational, worship or church performance setting. However, my current most rewarding job now is to cook for your preschoolers.
